Hinton Human Capital, an emerging leader in executive search in Green, Environmental and Infrastructure industries is now searching for an National Water Resources Leader for a national environmental firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in the engineering consulting plus the following skills and abilities:
- Demonstrated track record of building, leading and managing practices on a regional or company wide level including business development strategy, project delivery and operations
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Hydropower, resevoir design, flood control, water supply planning & policy, dam & levee design, water quality modeling, stormwater management and hydraualics
- Experience working with energy, federal, municipal and state clients
Qualifications
- BS in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering required
- Master’s or MBA is a strong plus
- PE license is required
- CFM and other certifications are a plus
