Senior Geotechnical Engineer-Maryland/DC

Ideal candidate will have at least 5- 10 years of demonstrated experience in engineering consulting plus the following skills and abilities:

  • Ability to support of excavation (SOE) design, specialty foundation design, and traditional geotechnical engineering.

  • Review, interpret and report field and laboratory test results and engineering data. Typically can include analysis of slope stability, seepage, deformation, pile capacity, wave equation, consolidation, and other geotechnical, structural, and civil engineering applications.
  • Compile, write and prepare engineering reports that summarize data in a technically sound, clear and concise manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering
M.S. with emphasis in Geotechnical or Foundation Engineering preferred
EIT or PE License in State of Maryland
