Hinton Human Capital, an emerging leader in executive search in Green, Environmental and Infrastructure industries is now searching for a Vice President of Engineering for a international company specializing in industrial wastewater treatment. Ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of demonstrated experience in the wastewater industry plus the following skills and abilities:

•  At least 5 years in an executive management position within an engineering department/firm managing >15 engineers with multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated management, business development, project management and design experience in the waste water industry
• Strong understanding of the waste water industry sectors such as Oil & Gas, Food Processing, Automotive, Dairy, Municipalities, etc
• Experienced with new product development Life cycle
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining operational budgets and projects
• Strong experience sourcing vendors and negotiating for better terms or prices for equipment, systems, engineering, etc
• Experience implementing and working under QMS (Quality Management System) ISO 9001

Requirements

• Master’s of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental is required
• P.E. required, PMP would be bonus but not required
• Must be familiar with AutoCAD operator and familiar with 3D CAD (SolidEdge or SolidWorks)
