Hinton Human Capital, an emerging leader in executive search in Green, Environmental and Infrastructure industries is now searching for Water Resources Engineer/Scientist for a national environmental consulting firm in Minneapolis,MN. Ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of academic and work experience in stormwater and watershed management using water quality models such as HSPF, SWAT, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and BATHTUB plus the following skills and abilities:

Job Description

• Understanding of Watershed hydrology, Watershed influences on water quality,Non-point source pollution modeling, Storm water quality BMP analysis / design, Lake / river water quality modeling,Water quality and flow sampling
• GIS applications in water and natural resource management
• Familiarity with stormwater and watershed management, lake, and / or stream management planning in state of Minnesota is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in civil, environmental engineering, hydrology or related sciences
• Excellent oral & written communications skills
• Must be able to work independently
• EIT required PE is strong plus
• travel required
