The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in the consulting plus the following skills and abilities:
Job Description
- Demonstrated track record of building, leading and managing practices on a regional or company wide level including business development strategy and project delivery
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Clean Water Act especially Section 316 a&b, FERC permitting, NEPA, ecological assessments, endangered species, TMDLs or wetlands
- Experience working with energy, federal, municipal and state clients
Qualifications
- MS in biology, fisheries or other life science is required
- PhD is a strong plus
- Candidate must posses strong oral and written communications skills
